Nous avons rencontré un problème lors de la création de nos bundles et le service client a été extrêmement réactif, vraiment très rapide dans ses réponses et dans la résolution du problème.

Un grand merci à David qui nous a énormément aidés, depuis la conception des bundles jusqu’à la configuration complète, en prenant le temps de nous expliquer clairement le fonctionnement de l’application et les bonnes pratiques à mettre en place. Il nous a également aidés pour la mise en place des cadeaux gratuits afin d’optimiser la valeur du panier.

Honnêtement, c’est l’un des meilleurs supports clients que nous ayons eus sur une application Shopify : très disponible, à l’écoute et vraiment impliqué pour aider.

L’application est complète et permet de mettre en place des bundles et upsells efficacement. Je recommande clairement cette application, autant pour ses fonctionnalités que pour la qualité de son support.

Rapi ist App ist einfach spitze. Die Bundles sind sehr easy zu erstellen, obwohl es auf den ersten Blick sehr viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten gibt. Diese Auswahlmöglichkeiten sind sehr einfach zu bedienen. Und das beste, es ist immer jemand sofort erreichbar, wenn man doch Hilfe benötigt. Die App hat 6 Sterne verdient.

Mientras la he utilizado, ha funcionado muy bien y he podido generar buenas ventas con los packs que he ofrecido. Muy fácil de usar e intuitiva. Y un precio ajustado por la ayuda y posibilidades que te brinda.

Great app - definitely helps increase AOV. Also cool they are rolling out post purchase upsell option as well! Definitely worth the money.

Ottima app, utilissima per fare bundle di prodotti. Durante la mia configurazione delle nuove features di upselling ho avuto dei piccoli problemi, ma l'assistenza di Rapi (nello specifico Arthur) mi ha saputo risolvere subito il problema. Consigliatissimi!
