Unfortunately, almost at the end one year of using Rapi, we had to change our rating because it stopped working in our store, not applying the quantity discount to products.
Technical support is unable to resolve the issue... I've been waiting for over a month now.
We had to deactivate the app in our store, even though we paid for the entire year. Disappointed.
collected a heap of 5 star reviews when the app was a free alternative then and bait and switch, now charging for your features. i would leave a one star for this practice

I understand the frustration around pricing changes, but calling it a bait and switch is simply not accurate. We’ve always been transparent, and even after introducing paid plans, we kept a free plan available for users who prefer not to upgrade.
In your case, the app helped generate over $37,000 in extra revenue, completely free. That’s a win by any standard.
We’re constantly improving and reinvesting in the product, and the pricing reflects that value. If you’d like to continue on the free plan, it’s still available.

They don't offer translation into multiple languages via Shopify native Translate and Adapt and also the "product combo" feature is not working as expected. If you are using one product into a combo, you can't use it anymore in any other combo which makes absolutely no sense. Unfortunately, not a helpful app at all.
Thanks for your feedback. Since your review, we’ve introduced full support for Shopify’s native Translate & Adapt, so all text can now be translated across multiple languages.
We’ve also improved the Product Combo logic, you can now use the same product across multiple bundles without any issue.

I been using this App for i think 1 month, they collected the 5 star, bait the new user and switch to paid. For my need its the perfect App but they have a lot of error or bug. Like i want just the product to sell in bulk and they have that feature but when you view just on product from web, it doesn't appear there. And for switching to paid, for this practice, ill give 1 star.
It has many bugs and some discount rule does not show.
the discount does not show up on a newly added product if there is a new product added into a collection which is selected for the discount rule.
Be Careful Using Rapi
I recently gave Rapi access to my store to assist with installing an app. Within two days, my Shopify store and Facebook Business Manager were hacked.
I'm not directly accusing Rapi, but I want to point out that they were the only third party given access to my store during that time. Shortly after, I discovered nearly $16,000 in fraudulent Facebook ad charges under my business account.
Please be extremely cautious when giving any company access to your sensitive business information.

I was honestly very surprised to read your review, especially since you’ve kept the app and it’s been generating extra revenue for your store.
Just to clarify, Rapi never requests or has access to your Facebook login or Business Manager. That’s technically impossible.
What you’re describing can happen if someone buys Facebook accounts and doesn’t change the recovery email. Some sellers secretly keep access and come back later to take control.
If that’s not the case, it’s likely coming from your internal team.
I also reached out to you personally after seeing this and never heard back, which makes the situation even more confusing,

What I do know is that the app generated you over $15,000 in extra revenue, sales you wouldn’t have made otherwise.
