The app was very easy to install and with a quick help from Patrick it was up and running in just a minute. That was what I thought.
After making the first bundle and trying to install it in the product page the app didn't show up in the app section. That was last Friday morning.
I contacted support about this and Patrick responded quickly. He said their devs will take a look at it. They did as I can see in the log. I was informed that they will inform me by mail when it is fixed.
Now it is Wednesday and it is still not fixed. The problem is the theme they said as a response on my email I've sent yesterday.
So, we are now in the 4th working day of waiting for the fix and that is just too long!
Dishonest support from David.
I asked if there was multilingual functionality and was told "Yes don't worry, the bundle text will be automatically adapted to your customers language". When I asked what this meant, apparently it meant that customers can use their browser translation function. This is not multilingual functionality, is not automatic, and doesn't even work when the rest of the site is properly localised, as mine is.
Other similar apps also don't have this functionality, but have been straightforward about that. David elected not to be (and then became slightly passive aggressive when challenged), hence the low rating.
