I had a question, and Patrick helped me within minutes! He explained everything in a simple, clear way that I understood right away, and the issue was fixed instantly. What really stood out was that he even followed up to check how I was doing — not many people take the time to do that, and it truly meant a lot. Amazing support and a great experience overall!

i installed rapi, when it was free, quite bummed they made it paid.
regardless, its still value for money, it has helped my business grow tremendously, and the best app out there for bundles.

after the paid version, they keep on adding really cool features and upgrades.

the support is fast, especially Arthur, he's been very fast, kind, and respectful.

keep up the good work, will definitely be recommending friends.

So far I'm really loving Rapi Bundles. Just landed the ability to increase my product offerings substantially so Rapi is going to really help a lot. Hopefully it can keep up...haha. As I push it, I may have some requests/ideas to request but i know the support at Rapi has been fantastic so far so I'm not concerned.

Just today, I worked with Arthur in Rapi support and through live chat with Arthur, they were able to help guide me to resolve all of my questions and requests.
