A great app with a lot of thoughtful and unique features (e.g. AI review drafting). It's also has more affordable tiers for a new store like ours. A little bit tricker to set up due to the amount of features and customisation possible - I was able to do most of it myself no problem but a couple of the more advanced features I needed to reach out to the developer, William. Luckily, he is super helpful and really cares about making his app great.

It is not so easy, to adapt a review system as Rapid Reviews for an other Language as english! We made more than once a mistake, but William could help us very fast and very unsophisticated to bring the Reviews working. Now, we got the review System we ever wanted.

Rapid Reviews is a great app — easy to use and very affordable. Best of all, the support from William has been outstanding. He’s extremely responsive, always quick to answer questions, and even helped with the installation to make sure everything was set up perfectly.

This app is reasonably easy to install and flexible in terms of customization and features. It has everything needed. But really convincing is the excellent customer support. William was not only fast and solution oriented with or issue, he even went the extra mile and gave us tipps for our store :) I would highly recommend this app.

The Shopify App Store can be frustrating at times: some apps look great at first, but when you install them you‘re often confronted with bugs, mediocre code that slows down your store and even worse customer service. And I am not even talking about hidden cost and unrealistic pricing schemes for small stores. Rapid Reviews and especially the developer William are the total opposite: super fast response times to emails, openness for suggestions and - most importantly - a clean app which is tuned for speed and performance. I couldn’t be happier with Rapid Reviews: it does the job at are more than fair price, and most importantly it doesn’t slow down my store. Thank you, William, for providing this gem of an app!

First and foremost is William Belk. He's amazingly fast in installing, amending or fixing any issues. Secondly, he's always improving the app. Third, it doesn't affect my page speed - at all.
