We tried a few different review tools - Vitals, Loox, Judge.me - and Rapid Reviews was by far the best. It's fast. It looks great on mobile. And William is very helpful with any questions that we've had come up. Seriously - so many of these tools don't load reviews very quickly on mobile. If you were a restaurant, it's like the host stand being empty. Not ok! Try Rapid Reviews!! Do it now!!!

Rapid Reviews is brilliant, highly configurable, and the review sections fit perfectly into the look of my website and my Shopify theme. I needed a little help to get started, and William was on hand to answer questions and get me set up. He even inserted custom CSS for me and made a few tweaks to get everything set up exactly as I wanted. I agree with another review here that praises William for going above and beyond. For someone as tech challenged as I am, the app's back end is a bit hard to navigate at first. However, the developer is extremely responsive and helpful, and that makes everything better.

I also appreciate that he is only a couple of time zones away - unlike most of the better known review apps, where customer support is scattered all over the world. This makes it much easier to get support when it's needed.

I searched for a while and am very glad i found Rapid Reviews. After reading all the other 5 star reviews, reading about the developer (who is very helpful and responsive to questions) and his privacy policy, i felt comfortable trying this app. I am not a developer and setting this up was very easy.

Great app! I use it on another store as well. I did my research back when I had some time and found this is the only app that does not slow down the site. The developer is very nice when I messaged him on twitter. I would recommend it for someone who is very technical, as this app has a lot of features. For the speed itself and all features it has now, it seems like the best option.
It's much better than any other alternatives with great support from founder!!!
