Will's customer service is top notch. He jumped on my question immediately and took care of it swiftly. My friend recommended this app to me and now I see why. Will would get 7 stars if that were an option. His app solves a very real problem that my Shopify store has and it does it well. Kudos!

Can't say enough good things about this app and it's developer, William! I researched all of the available apps, their features, reviews, and costs and decided to try Rapid Reviews. So glad I did! Customer service is with the developer himself so of course he knows the app inside and out; he's quick to respond and very patient with all my questions. The app has even more features and customization than I realized - he really thought through developing this app! Documentation is thorough and very helpful. Pricing is reasonable and I like that all features are included with each plan - no making you upgrade to get more features.
