Mr. Belk exhibits excellent responsiveness and communication skills. His instruction documents are thorough, and the app allows for customization. Additionally, users can utilize their own domain for review requests. The app operates swiftly, ensuring efficient performance.

Had to switch review apps because shopify is discontinuing theirs. Chose this one because its built for shopify and had great reviews. Setup was fast. Customer support handled the few questions I had quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this app!

There is no reason not to chose Rapid Reviews:
1) Instructions to every step of installation/implementation
2) If something too hard or not clear - Devs themselves are happy to assist you and we got things fixed in no time
3) Based on historical data for App, seems they are upgrading App regulary, so you would never be outdated :)

This app has a low impact on your shop's performance, and William is quick to assist with setup and support. My previous reviews collector had a negative effect on my Shopify Performance score. As I was exploring ways to improve speed, William reached out with helpful information and statistics. After making several adjustments, such as reducing animations and standardizing the color palette, I noticed some modest improvements in performance. However, the most significant improvement came when I removed the old reviews app and installed Rapid Reviews, which nearly doubled my Shopify Performance score. I highly recommend this app for its quick support from William (the developer) and its minimal impact on store performance.

Amazing review app! Super fast and lightweight with full functionality as compared to Loox, Judge.me, etc. My theme was also giving me trouble and William implemented a fix for me within an hour of submitting my support request (on Thanksgiving day, no less). Glad I found this app!
