William is Awesome! Not only has he created some truly great apps at very reasonable pricing but he is always happy to assist with any issues with setup (usually caused by operator error :P) Rapid Reviews is a great App!

Fantastic app and easy to use and install. I really like the way it looks on my website. When I needed help with getting the reviews to show up the way I wanted, I reached out to William (the developer) and received an immediate reply, and my issue was fixed perfectly in less than 24 hours. Can't say enough good things about this app and it's developer, William! I researched all of the available apps, their features, reviews, and costs and decided to try Rapid Reviews. So glad I did! Customer service is with the developer himself so of course he knows the app inside and out; he's quick to respond and very patient with all my questions. The app has even more features and customization than I realized - he really thought through developing this app! Documentation is thorough and very helpful. Pricing is reasonable and I like that all features are included with each plan - no making you upgrade to get more features.

The fact that William will go ahead and white glove everything for you is incredible. If you have ever installed apps before you know it can be hit or miss if everything gets installed correctly. Making sure all your apps and data "play nice" with each other can be a headache. William goes in and just gets it all done for you. That is top-notch service. In addition, the fact that Search X doesn't bog your site down can't be understated. In the sports world, the phrase "Speed Kills" is a good thing. In the online world, speed really can kill your website. Just get this app and don't slow your website down.

This is honestly the best review app on the market for a great price!

Why?
- Easy setup! I'm not a coder AT ALL and everything just went very smooth, very clear help section.
- You can try for 20 days, which gives you ample time for setup and testing. Other apps are no trial or very short!
- Does not slow down your shop. Saw horrible results after adding other review app with shops of people I know
- If you need help, you can just contact William, the developer, and he reacts immideately. It's just crazy!

Great experience. I couldn't get my reviews to look good with any of the other apps. They just wouldn't format to my taste. William set everything up for me so I didn't even have to do it. Seamless transition from shopify reviews.

We switched to Rapid Reviews after being on our previous Reviews App for about 5 years. The main reason for our switch was due to our previous review app becoming increasingly slower on both the admin panel and the customer facing reviews/questions sections. Additionally, when a major technical issue occurred within the old reviews app, it took a MINIMUM of 24 hours for their customer support to simply acknowledge our urgent email support request. Then, it took another 4-5 days for them to fix the major technical issue with their app. Even worse, the same issue occurred twice over the last 6 months, with both problems taking days to fix.

Based on the above issues with our previous app, we started looking at other highly rated Shopify Review Apps and ultimately decided on Rapid Reviews for the following reasons:

1. William, the app developer is extremely knowledgable on the Shopify platform and is outstanding to work with. He has excellent communication skills and always gets back to us promptly when we have a question or a request.

2. Switching from our previous platform to Rapid Reviews was very straight forward. William really did all of the work. We did NOT have to export and re-import all of our reviews, media, and questions/answers from our old app to the Rapid Reviews platform. MOVING LARGE AMOUNTS OF DATA AND MEDIA IS PROBABLY THE MAIN REASON WHY MANY SHOPIFY WEBSITE OWNERS ARE HESITANT TO SWITCH REVIEW APPS. It seems like other review app developers make it VERY hard to switch to another review app. William seamlessly performed these critical transfer steps for us.

3. The Rapid Reviews app responds very quickly in both the Admin panel and on our website. We love this response and the fact that customers can word search all of the reviews and questions/answers sections quickly. Keyword search capability is very important to us and our customers.

4. Our Shopify Theme "Speed Score" is the highest it has been in years. This speed score increased immediately after switching to Rapid Reviews. We are not surprised since our previous review app was routinely taking 5 to 30 seconds to load reviews and perform search functions. Rapid Reviews really does load immediately.

We are not surprised that this app has so many 5 Star reviews!
