Owner William convinced me to switch from Fera reviews by reaching out and providing data showing that his platform was better performing and far less costly with room to grow without getting price gouged.
I've been using his app Rapid Reviews for about a year now and the app and his customer service have exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their store.

We tried a few different review tools - Vitals, Loox, Judge.me - and Rapid Reviews was by far the best. It's fast. It looks great on mobile. And William is very helpful with any questions that we've had come up. Seriously - so many of these tools don't load reviews very quickly on mobile. If you were a restaurant, it's like the host stand being empty. Not ok! Try Rapid Reviews!! Do it now!!!
