I had a problem with my search bar and the support was very helpfull and they solve my problem immediatly.
I recommend this app!

No option for sorting items from newly added to old ones. that's a big missing and If you uninstall this app you will need a developer to clean caches.

Excellent app. Cant do without this app. We are selling mobile accessories. Its really essential for us to have robust search on our website. We get very good conversions everyday because of rapid search. This is a must have app if you have a big catalog.

5 stars! This app helps my business so much especially because it detects misspelled words and displays new products. I have used other search apps but this is superior and far better than the default search.

I have to update my review. This app is extremely expensive compared to others, and the full price isn't listed on the info page. It can quickly go above $50/month, and goes all the way up to $340/month for unlimited searches. That being said, if you don't care about the price it's an excellent app, but there are others like it.

First, the sales and customer support team are AMAZING! Every app should engage with their customers this way. App was super easy to install/set-up, and the CS team helped walk me through some small hiccups I had. We are currently testing the app to see how our customers engage with it but so far, it seems pretty intuitive.

This a a very good app. I have tried several other apps but keep coming back to this one. Not only is it affordable for my start up website, but it is very fast and accurate. It not only searches products but also searches contact us and store policy pages which is what I like. The only issue that I have encountered is that the placement of sticky widget does not look good in my theme on mobile as it sits too far out into page partially covering products view as you scroll down the page. Still I highly recommend this app. Thank you!

I've tried a lot of search engines over my time. Rapid AI was really easy to navigate and install. Had what I needed up and running super quick.

Matt helped me re-position my widgets and search bars which was really great.
He replied within a minute which was refreshing to get that prompt help I needed.
