Really delighted to have found RapidSearch. Looks really good on our website (on desktop AND mobile), and - unlike other 'instant search' apps I've tried - is refreshingly clear and simple. The search stats are also proving very useful for understanding what our customers are searching for on our site. This in turn is helping us to add appropriate keywords and/or synonyms, so that products don't lie undiscovered (it's very frustrating to realise that users have been on our site but have left without finding products we KNOW are there waiting to be purchased!).

The customer service and support is amazing! I tried (4) different search apps and Rapid Search is by far the best! Leslie(Service Rep/Developer) even took the time to fix another issue on my store! App stopped working. Support seems like they have better things to do than support their app. Estimated 1 -2 weeks to fix their app which stopped working.

We're truly sorry for any inconvenience you faced. The initial estimate was given to you based on the rareness of your theme and the complexity of the issue.
However, you are completely right that the resolution cannot wait this long. That's why I talked to our developers yesterday and expressed your disappointment about the time frame you received.
I made our team understand how important this is for you to solve this issue in a timely manner. We've already found a temporary solution that would work well for your store until we're able to roll out the permanent solution.
