Still figuring out the app but I like the customer service. We had an issue and the team found a bug and fixed it for us. That is a sign of a great app.

The app doesn't work with all themes. We also disabled the app for a few months, yet they still send us emails stating that we have reached 90% of our account's session limit and need to upgrade. Hmmmm, How is that possible if the app isn't even active on our website? If the app was active, I may have fallen for this and upgraded, shame on you guys for giving your customers false analytics.

So far so good! I'm impressed by the features of this app and the top notch support. So far they've been able to resolve my concerns and inquiries within a business day every time. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone and explore its multiple features!

This is the best smart search app on shopify!!!
I tried about two other apps before i found this one. I found that others were too complicated to use. This one has a perfect blend of being simple and classy.
The support team was really helpful too. They helped me with designing the search to fit into my store's theme. Y'all get this app!! It is really a game changer.
