Super helpful staff who helped me integrate and customise the installation/set up (thanks Matt!) and ensured it was working perfectly and looking professional. I like how you can have filters for Tags and only show select Tags. Thanks so much for your help guys, I recommend the App to anyone.

After installing the app, all my collection descriptions disappeared. I had to uninstall it.

We've been using this app for a while now & it's superb. The integration with Out of the Sandbox / Pixel Union themes is flawless & the support from the tech team is first rate. You really need this app to grow your store - it's worth every penny.

I had a very bad experience with this app.
When I downloaded the app it messed up my theme. My site is connected to a completely different Shopify store I own, when I click the logo (home) it takes the customer to a completely different website.

It is also impossible to add anything to cart any longer.

I deleted the app, tried to delete all the code but nothing.

This issue is on the refresh theme, I published two other themes to check if I still had the same issues and they are working fine with no issues.

I contacted Shopify, they said it’s an issue with code and they can’t help so I need to contact the app developer. I did and the next day they responded and asked for access to my store. I thought this was great I’ll get it all sorted, but they logged in once and did nothing. I’ve been emailing them for a few days with no response and I received another access request which I accepted and still nothing.

I have a website sitting there that I can’t use that I spent hours customising. I’m literally going to have to do this all over again with a new theme just because of downloading this app.
