I’ve been using the Rapid Search app on my Shopify store, and overall I’m very impressed. I had a question about adjusting the collection page layout to full-width, and the customer support team responded quickly and provided a working CSS solution. They were also very patient in explaining why certain customizations (like product text styles and badges) might conflict and suggested practical ways to fix it.
The support experience really gave me confidence in handling the rest of my customization, and I feel like the app’s team genuinely cares about helping users. If my shop continues running smoothly, I’ll definitely consider upgrading to a paid plan. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a flexible, responsive search solution!
