The app caused problems in our store:
- collections descriptions disappeared
- problems with loading collections
The Rapid search team was very friendly but did not solve the problem and we had to uninstall the plugin.

Great customer service, sorted a minor integration bug promptly
5 stars! This app helps my business so much especially because it detects misspelled words and displays new products. I have used other search apps but this is superior and far better than the default search.

This is the best App for sorting and filtering. You can even customize your sorting and filtering. Very easy to set up, everything is basically already set up for you like color groupings. It does exactly what I was looking for and much more.
And the customer service is amazing, what is not to like?
