This app is just amazing. I was able to close sales that were supposed to be gone because of this app. Sometimes, the reason why customers are not buying is that they have questions that need to be answered. Sometimes, the answers that you give them can be converted to sales. I was able to close a few thosands of dollars of sales because of this app, and I'm just using the free tier at the moment.

This app would also let you have better customer service. Customers can leave their numbers if they have questions or problems with their products, and you can call them back to resolve them. What's also great is that if you're the owner of the store and you're the one talking to the customer over the phone, you are instilling a sense of confidence to them.

Get this app! Even on the free tier, it will help. There's no risk to try it out.

Love Raven. So simple but so effective. I get the call back requests straight to my FB Messenger and my whole team also gets the email alerts. I know which product they were looking at when they made their request and it makes it really easy for us to understand what the customers needs are. Best of all, it's increasing our sales.
