AMAZING. Got the app, and on the 1st day using it, we had made 3/3 conversions for over $1000 in sales. Its a great way to get in touch with your customer without being overly aggressive via email or phone calls - they let you know when they want to speak. Talking with customers has already improved almost every aspect of our store, and increased sales! Also, the customer service that the Raven team has offered me has been exceptional - had a minor issue (which was actually my fault) and they went above and beyond to assist me. Very personal and attentive. EVERYONE NEEDS THIS APP.

The call back app has been made a big difference to our store and the revenue it generates. By allowing customers to choose the medium they would like to be contacted in, plus the analytics to show how many conversions come from using the app have made this one of our favourite Shopify apps. I think every store should have this app installed as the value versus cost benefit is huge! Do yourself a favour and install it today!

I'm so excited for this app! I know that I'm losing customers because of lack of / tardy communication from my end. I like the fact that customers get the option to ASK for a call back (avoiding any spammy type feel) and that get the choice of how they can be contacted: call, text etc. :)

Simply put, tremendously valuable. Within the first day of adding Raven, we closed every callback request. Ahmed has been extremely helpful in getting our site optimized and we look forward to seeing what this amazing app can do in our busy season.

If you have any high ticket items, there is no reason not to use Raven. Our product pages are very in depth, but when people are spending $500-$1500 online, nothing is more personable and effective than a phone call. Raven makes it easy for customers to request a call and lowers their barrier to personal communication.

I would give 10 stars if I could. After installing Raven we immediately started making more conversions over the phone. Super simple product to use and very valuable for our business.

I even received a call from the owner/creator of Raven. He and I speak on a regular basis now and he listens to my feedback. Not only does he listen but he has actually implemented some of my feature requests and more are on their roadmap. Folks, this is a rarity in the software/app business these days. Amazing customer service!

I am going to support this team for as long as I possibly can. I recommended Raven to everyone that I run across with a Shopify store.

This is an amazing app, it ensures we get sales and support. I love the notification stating that a Callback Request has been successful and money is in the bank. Fantastic app with client support to match! The app was easy to set up but we needed customisation to match the look of our website @ www.spiffyspools.com. Customer support was responsive over email and went above and beyond over a few rounds of back and forth to give us exactly what we needed. The app works like a charm. Easy intuitive interface and we have already closed a couple of sales since installation.

We need to convert via our core traffic channel (phone) and selecting this app was a great choice. Not only does it work (6 callback requests on the first day) but Ahmed from Raven jumped online with me, accessed my Shopify account and adjusted the look and feel of the integration to make it "at one with our site".

This app is awesome!!! It's connecting with me with all the customers I need to be talking to. I sell custom designed cakes so getting on the phone with my customers is really crucial for me to get the sale.
