I've been using Raven for a few weeks now. I sell something that's new for a lot of people and they have lots of questions about it. Raven has really helped me have more 1-on-1 conversations with those interested and many times I'm able to convince them to buy it. Even if I don't make the sale it's great to just have conversations with people and learn about their concerns/questions. I then add their questions in my FAQ

We now use this app to replace our 800 number and its awesome! Ahmed the developer went out of his way to really integrate this app with our store and its already making us money! I highly recommend trying Callback Request!

The support is extremely helpful and got a custom button on my site installed quickly. I have just installed the app, so I can't judge how well it converts for me, but I am excited to see the results.

This app has the potential to increase my sales exponentially. Ahmad is very knowledgeable about Shopify and e-commerce for higher-priced goods, both of which I found refreshing. We worked on a zoom call, got the app set up, and he even offered to fix a few other minor template issues while he was installing the app. I couldn't be more positive about the experience.

Very nice App that does the trick for customers who havent decided which product do choose! The Whatsapp integration is very usefull since this is relatively new as a marketing channel in europe!

The support is very friendly and helps with customization - free for teh first time!
