Didn’t know what to expect when installing this app, but WOW! This is a game changer for us. We reached out for a custom button embed, and Ahmad embedded the button on our cart page. This app is a MUST HAVE! for any Shopify store. We've actually replaced our live chat with Raven Callback and have had tremendous success and many customers have commented on their satisfaction of having a call back button. Oh, not mention higher conversions! I'm probably converting half of my callback sales at least. But whats a great app without great customer service. This app is just amazing. I was able to close sales that were supposed to be gone because of this app. Sometimes, the reason why customers are not buying is that they have questions that need to be answered. Sometimes, the answers that you give them can be converted to sales. I was able to close a few thosands of dollars of sales because of this app, and I'm just using the free tier at the moment.

This app would also let you have better customer service. Customers can leave their numbers if they have questions or problems with their products, and you can call them back to resolve them. What's also great is that if you're the owner of the store and you're the one talking to the customer over the phone, you are instilling a sense of confidence to them.

Get this app! Even on the free tier, it will help. There's no risk to try it out.
