Razorpay COD & Magic Checkout

Very worst support team, you couldn't connect with them directly or talk directly. Hard to activate and hard to get connect with support. They must set-up a team for walk through or installation check-up etc., since it affects the functionality of checkout page. May be in future after some months they will solve these issues..

support team create ticket only no result i suggest go with gokwik integration or other any integration as this not good app

Very bad experience with the support team; they just come with many merchants and do fast integration and if there is issue in integration, no one responds to you

Very bad onboarding experience with Razorpay Magic Checkout. The team is not helpful and shows no real interest in onboarding new customers. Communication is slow, and support feels unprofessional. If you’re looking for smooth integration and responsive service, I would suggest exploring other payment solutions.

Our primary objective of reducing fake orders has been very successful. We have not received any fake orders after installing the magic check out of Razorpay. It filters the customer using OTP which can mean a little extra work for the customers, but this authentication results in genuine sales and that is certainly worth it.

Good App. We are using both Payment Gateway and magic check out of Razorpay, its seamless. I am giving 4 out of 5 stars because few of my customers complained that they had to fill their payment details twice.

It's a flawless Payment checkout integration which works perfectly with the store, It filters the customer using OTP which helps drastically in reducing the fake orders, especially in india and has many more useful features. Great Work RazorPay Team.
