support team create ticket only no result i suggest go with gokwik integration or other any integration as this not good app
Very bad experience with the support team; they just come with many merchants and do fast integration and if there is issue in integration, no one responds to you
Tried to contact the customer support for onbaording and setup and really disappointed. Very worst customer support experience.
Very bad onboarding experience with Razorpay Magic Checkout. The team is not helpful and shows no real interest in onboarding new customers. Communication is slow, and support feels unprofessional. If you’re looking for smooth integration and responsive service, I would suggest exploring other payment solutions.

A lot of bugs. Sales team will keep you call till you onboard. Post that any issue you have they don't care to reply to your emails.
Many of the things doesn't work properly.
