Razorpay COD & Magic Checkout

Very worst support team, you couldn't connect with them directly or talk directly. Hard to activate and hard to get connect with support. They must set-up a team for walk through or installation check-up etc., since it affects the functionality of checkout page. May be in future after some months they will solve these issues..

Ok. Have been using it. It works but there are few issues

1. Around 3-4% of 1st session orders came from Online Store. I have raised several tickets but still unable to solve. Gave me replies but not satisfactory and issue still exists.

2. Before magic checkout, I was using shiprocket checkout. I prefer the custom rules of shiprocket: being able to setup COD fees, shipping charges, Partial COD based on product, collection, etc.
Razorpay doesn't have this.
