Razorpay Magic is een geïntegreerde checkout voor Shopify die werkt binnen de standaard-checkout van Shopify. Er opent een checkout-venster op je pagina, het bezorgadres van de klant wordt vooraf ingevuld en de klant wordt direct doorgestuurd naar Shopify om de betaling, inclusief eventueel toegepaste kortingsbonnen, te voltooien. Voor klanten in het Razorpay-netwerk wordt het adres automatisch ingevuld. Nieuwe klanten ronden een snelle OTP-login af. Met de ingebouwde COD-instellingen kun je betalen bij aflevering in- of uitschakelen en dit beperken per verzendmethode.

This is the most "Oombifyed" app I've ever used. The customer support is terrible they don't value your time and failed to resolve my issue. They attempted to fix it, but instead created another bug. I wouldn't recommend this app. Save yourself the frustration and use a different one.

The magic checkout is stopping my customer to make the payment. I was not sure from when this is started happening. I do check my payment methods once in a week. There is no resolution quickly, we have to wait for 24-48 hours

Poor Experience with the support team.
1. Took all the time in the world to respond to my magic checkout queries, and that too didnt resolve it. 3 days to even respond, and even after not resolving the issue during one troubleshooting call, took another 3 days to get back..
You will not be able to make money if your website checkout process is this unreliable.

2. They had multiple business owners in the resolution call, i find it strange that your shopify store is shared in front of everyone. it was very unprofessional setup

3. It was a sea difference experience with the initial support vs later support.

Giving 2 stars as 1 star is too poor, but again you are losing sales if your business is not up and running after marketing your website.
