Workflow Automation—React Flow

The instant communications through chat were always "right on time"! I did not have to wait to receive assistance for a question or receive instructions. When necessary, the dev team was engaged and they also got back to me in a timely manner with the best solutions to fit my needs. Thanks to all for your incredible help! I am sure I will have a few additional questions though as I move toward full implementation... :)

Reach Flow is a great addition to Shopifys Flow App.

There are a couple of things that shopify flow is limiting and with react flow I was able to build workarounds that just works now.

Additionally their customer support is super hands on. In fact Taras was super helpful and helped me building a HTTP Request with code and really put some braind behind finding a way how to solve my problem.

The app works well and does what it's supposed to. We had an issue with unexpected overage charges that caught us off guard, but their support team was responsive and worked with us to find a fair resolution. They've also mentioned they plan to add better notifications for usage overages in the future. Solid app and good customer service.

Been more than 2 years and I'm still amazed by their entire team and support. A must have app for ALL shopify stores that are growing.

Great App for internal automation. Superb support as well. Highly recommended - especially for stores looking to scale. ReactFlow is the perfect partner.

Have used this app for a few years with no problems. Needed to change one of my workflows recently and Taras from support explained what i needed to do. Made a mistake entering the new settings and again support helped out and had the workflow up and running in a few minutes. Great customer service and would recommend!

EXTREMELY POWERFUL! Better than Shopify Flow. Support is great too! This has definitely made regular jobs a lot easier by automating the processes for my business.

Edit: I just wanted to highlight years later how amazing the support have been in creating powerful flows. The limits are truly endless with this app.
