Great support experience overall. We had a specific, somewhat complex requirement: delaying payment capture until working hours resume, with a variable wait time depending on the day of the week. Support worked through it with us patiently, eventually providing a working Liquid formula that calculates the correct delay dynamically. Appreciated the willingness to dig into a non-standard use case rather than just pointing to generic documentation.

It's a great application! If you're looking to automate processes in your Shopify store, you have access to predefined templates, but you can also create very advanced custom workflows. I recommend this app because it saves me an incredible amount of time. But also for its support, which is close to exceptional. Almost nothing is impossible for them. Thanks to Oleksii for his patience and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I've used many apps and the REACT FLOW app is so intuitive and the support team is simply A+, clearly the best customer service we've ever encountered since launching our stores to Shopify.
We had very complicated workflows to add on draft orders and after many back and forth, the team clearly and swiftly investigated and found solutions to our issues.
