Only started, but very helpful in regards to automating follow up emails and payment reminders. I am sure the sky is the limits.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do, very logical and easy to use. I use it to alert staff of new orders, and to trigger fulfilments.

Having the proper automations active is a must. React Flow can do more automations than the basic Shopify supports, so for us its really necessary. When our configurations failed to work, then the support will help to fix it.
