We needed a particular flow to tag orders based on the shipping zip code. The team was very friendly and quick to set that up for us. Really great support team, highly recommend.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do, very logical and easy to use. I use it to alert staff of new orders, and to trigger fulfilments.

Having the proper automations active is a must. React Flow can do more automations than the basic Shopify supports, so for us its really necessary. When our configurations failed to work, then the support will help to fix it.
