Have used this app for a few years with no problems. Needed to change one of my workflows recently and Taras from support explained what i needed to do. Made a mistake entering the new settings and again support helped out and had the workflow up and running in a few minutes. Great customer service and would recommend!

Reach Flow is a great addition to Shopifys Flow App.
There are a couple of things that shopify flow is limiting and with react flow I was able to build workarounds that just works now.
Additionally their customer support is super hands on. In fact Taras was super helpful and helped me building a HTTP Request with code and really put some braind behind finding a way how to solve my problem.

This app has been pivotal to our success as an online business. We sell classes so our setup is a little different than the typical store. React Flow has made it possible to run complex workflows off of custom Liquid code that no other flow app, including the build-in Shopify app, can do.
