I just started using this app to help with a few workflow optimizations. A few examples being running tag workflows, fulfilling orders that are marked partial, etc. The support team helped me solve my biggest problem within an hour. They even built the flow I needed for me. I can see this will be incredibly useful and I plan to utilize their support to the fullest! They're great.
