The onboarding team was incredibly helpful and got us set up fast. Looking in to exploring ReadyShipper, their shipping option next. Definitely worth checking out!

Worst app experience EVER. I have been charged for 3 months without ever using the app. I have sent messages, made requests, looked up how to turn it off. No response. NONE. I can't even send a message to customer service bc I haven't signed in for 2 months.

We have been using for READYCLOUD for a few years prior to the their recent shopify app launch, and it has been a very positive experience. Shipping is easy, our returns process has been streamlined, and the we have seen an increase in customer satisfaction using this platform. We are happy customers!
