Excellent App to make your day to day postage much easier! If you have any issues the developers are very easy to contact via Live Chat and they get back to you very quickly. Highly recommend!
Very happy with this app! Saves me so much time. I also use MyPostBusiness (AusPost) and the CSV works everytime. Help is always super quick, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
Brilliant app that has saved us so much time with fulfillment. We use Australia Post and it seamlessly integrates to the eparcel system making things so simple and easy to use. We recently needed some extra help with integrating a second store and Nathan was so great to deal with. He even created a custom video showing us how to manage this new integration in the back end. Brilliant customer service, quick response time and would highly recommend this app to ANY Australian business. Thanks RTS!!!
My online store suddenly started to scale and we were processing more orders than we could handle! We had been doing labels manually, and I knew I wanted to set this up batch printing labels and have it all linked to Australia Post, but I didn't know how? I set up an EParcel account with Australia Post and then linked this to the Ready to Ship App, (granted it took me a while to master, like most things online) but it is just BRILLIANT. I can store my pre-orders in a separate tab, print all my international, express and standard labels so easily. The app updates the tracking numbers to our online store and it saves me hours and hours of time inputting data. The guys were super patient and helped me every step of the way. I'm not one to gush in a review, but this has just been such a great addition to my online shop. LOVE IT @!@!
I've been using Ready to Ship for about 3 years now, and it's been great for my business (I couldn't imagine going back to the days of manually creating labels). As my business grows, I'm always thinking of more efficient ways to approach fulfilment, so when questions come up, the team at Ready to Ship are extremely responsive and helpful in providing answers/coming up with solutions :)
Before ready to ship, I was printing the order forms, packing orders. Writing the order number on the parcel, then manually creating the labels by entering the shipping details. It was a tedious and long process, I wish I had known about to ready to ship earlier. Now I can print my order forms and labels in one go instead of doing it one by one. By doing so, I now have more time to focus on more important tasks. Their customer service is amazing. The team respond fairly quick & go above and beyond to resolve any enquiries or issues. For example, I wasn't sure how to back-log my orders that were more than 7 days old. I messaged the team and they did it all within 15 minutes. ☺️
We have tried many shipping apps before we found Ready To Ship. If you are in Australia and not using Ready to Ship, you are doing it tough!!
Easy to setup, customer service is almost instant and they care about making their product work for you. Using the program is even easier.

This app has literally saved my sanity, and my business. Ready to Ship integrates perfectly with both Etsy and Shopify and allows me to have all of my orders from both platforms in the one place, and this in turn has seen a dramatic decrease in order fulfillment errors. Support is always on hand to answer questions. Highly recommend
Customer Service team is super helpful, Ready to Ship have been incredible with accommodating some of our super specific needs! Easy to use and visually accessible (if you're not sure how to do something, you can usually work it out by just looking.)
