I am new to e-commerce and with their help I managed to transfer the information about my shop's products to the kaufland shop. Although there were some problems during the transfer process, it was only a matter of time before it was all sorted out. I believe that with their help my kaufland shop will get better.
The link to kaufland is a dead end. No help, think this happens when you give the development of such an app to a developer somewhere else
Achtung diese App ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Voller Bugs und die Übertragung funktioniert nicht richtig. Damit kann man sich einen erheblichen Schaden zufügen. Die Software ist voller Bugs. Die Bestellungen werden nicht vollständig abgerufen. Die verschiedenen Felder wie Lieferadressen und Rechnungsadressen werden nicht vollständig übertragen sowie das Feld Firmenanschrift. Dazu ist der Support nicht fähig dies zu lösen. Was noch schlimmer ist die MwSt. wird nicht auf den Rechnungen bei den Bestellungen von Kaufland zu Shopify ausgewiesen.
Das ist höchst geschäftsschädigend. Dadurch wurde unsere Kundenreputation geschädigt da die Ware aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen Bestellungen nicht ausgeliefert werden konnte. Mal abgesehen davon das die Buchhaltung einen doppelten aufwand hatte die Rechnungen zu korrigieren.

Sehr einfach und schnell zu lernen. Die Artikel werden schnell auf die Plattform aufgeladen. Nur zu empfehlen!
We have integrated this app on our store, and while it did not immediatly work (due to missing parameters on our end!) the support was very fast and helpful to guide us through the process of integrating it to the shop. With this help and the app we found ourselves quite quickly being able to open a new marketplace (Kaufland) for us.

App works as you would expect. Support made some custom changed to my account which made the app even better for my use. Responsive support!
Works perfectly, and the customer support is excellent. We use this app to only sync orders and stock between shopify and kaufland. It doesn't need to overwrite your existing content, wich is perfect

A very nice app, had some difficulties at first, but the support via Whatsapp is amazing. Be sure to try this out.

Die App war anfangs etwas schwer überschaubar, aber dann ging es dank dem tollen Support echt leicht. Super hilfreicher Support. Alles prima!

Great job and keep up the good work! p.s. We are looking forward to an update where we can filter the products based on stock level (if stock > 0 condition) and import only these products to the app and then to Kaufland, but it's really not that necessary.

Still some work to be done to get this app to 100%, however thanks to the supportive team behind the app who have helped me optimise the app to connect my Kaufland & Shopify accounts all the product listings & orders are now flowing perfectly. Aktuell am Einrichten der App, stieß ich auf einige Probleme. Über WhatsApp an den support gewandt und es wurde recht schnell an einer Lösung gearbeitet, die letztendlich funktioniert. Holpriger Start mit gutem Ende.
es scheint ein "Scam" zu sein - angeblich sollte es kostenlos sein, nach Upload von 20 Artikeln sollte ich jetzt "ein Plan" wählen! Dazu kommt noch, dass um die App zu öffnen meine Handynummer hinterlegt werden muss! Was soll das?
