We just started using this app but so far the customer service has been great and the app works great and it has helped us offer a much better solution to our customers and help us reduce fraud. Just in time for the holidays. Highly recommend this app. It's hard to find an app that saves you money and helps you provide better customer service.

This app has been a life savor when it comes to having a solid and working ability to check customer IDs. Not only does the app work flawlessly, the support from the app is exceptional - nearly always available to help and the updates and custom requests are constantly fulfilled.
