Las tablas en vivo tienen un delay importante, nunca esta en línea realmente.

This application does not show the number of visitors in real time. In fact, in a day, it reports half the number of visitors compared to the number of users given by Shopify or Google Analytics. In the moment when I write this rewiew, Shopify says I have 7 visitors (live view) and the app says I have none

Realtime View implements the GDPR requirements, and we thus do not collect stats from EU users unless they have given consent. This could be the reason that you see fewer visitors.
Also, Realtime View actively filters bots that pollutes traffic statistics.
Want to be able to use it but no one responds when you submit a ticket and trying to upgrade to the basic plan and unable to.
Better customer service needed.
