RealtimeStack : Live Analytics

This app is truly in my top 3 "must have" apps on Shopify! As a very small business, I love having the 3D Shop open in another tab and watching potential customers walk around my shop! I can see what they look at and it's even more exciting when i can see their cart and they head over to the checkout!

OMG, OMG, OMG! This app is an absolute game-changer! If you’re using multiple analytics apps, do yourself a favor—drop them all and get this one. The graphics are so engaging, it feels like playing a video game (seriously, it’s addictive!).

As a candle business owner, my favorite feature is the ability to see what customers have added to their carts but haven’t purchased yet (guilty—I do this all the time myself!). This insight helps me make smarter inventory decisions based on real customer interest, allowing me to stay ahead of demand.

This is the best app ever! I have it installed in both of my two online stores. It's really addictive! It gives you full insight of the visitors in your store: where they come from, how long they spend in your store, and which products they are looking at. Plus live sales!!! Thumb up for this great app!!!

Je tenais à partager mon retour très positif sur l'application. Elle offre une excellente fonctionnalité de suivi en temps réel, et je dois dire que c'est vraiment captivant de pouvoir suivre le parcours des clients.

C'est une fonctionnalité très bien pensée qui nous permet de mieux comprendre leurs comportements et d'améliorer notre réactivité. On se prend au jeu, et cela rend l'expérience encore plus engageante.

I really love this app - it fills the hole where G4 Analytics fail to show you real time visitors, and gives you a really helpful visibility of what visitors are doing. Easy to use and does everything it should. Highly recommend.

The app has worked seamlessly! Even better, its accuracy helped me troubleshoot issues on my shopify site that I would have never seen. For example, I knew I had cart abandoners, but they weren't anywhere in my shopify reporting. Low and behold, it was a small shopify setting I had to switch in the checkout.

The UX could be improved a bit, as it can take a few clicks to get to the features I want. Either way, this app has saved my butt!

I think it's a very good application. It allows you to see in real time what the customer is watching, what items they have placed in the cart, etc. Furthermore, there is the fun part of watching the customer walk around the store. Very good!

Absolutely great, love being able to see what my clients are looking at in realtime, I get an understanding of what is going on, should I drop a price, should I order more stock. Really really appreciate this app

I love the realtime view of the store - showing what shoppers are doing and what they have in their carts. It's super insightful and helps me with a a more data-driven approach to restocking my products!

The Live Tables view of the app is very helpful in understanding what is going on within the shopify store. It fills an important gap that Google Analytics / GA4 couldn’t provide. Tried many different realtime analytics, and this app has a completely different approach and provides valuable insights that others don’t.

The app doesn’t appear to add any overhead or cause performance penalty to the storefront. The app is new and has a lot of potential. The insights we gained from using the app is invaluable and answered some questions we had that we couldn’t get from other analytic apps. We don’t need a perfect or flawless app. It is the insight that we are able to obtain from the app that is most important.

Peter, who developed the product is actively working on the product, and he is very responsive and receptive to inputs. Peter and the app well deserves understanding and support from the Shopify community.
