Great app, good support

I am absolutely thrilled to write this glowing 5-star review for the real-time app that has become an integral part of our lives. From the moment we started using it, we have been captivated by its seamless functionality, outstanding features, and remarkable performance. De maker van de app reageert erg snel en denk met je mee om de app af te stemmen op de behoefte van je winkel. Hierdoor heb ik meer informatie kunnen uithalen om mijn winkel te blijven verbeteren.

This application does not show the number of visitors in real time. In fact, in a day, it reports half the number of visitors compared to the number of users given by Shopify or Google Analytics. In the moment when I write this rewiew, Shopify says I have 7 visitors (live view) and the app says I have none

Hello, it is a nice app, that could be improved a lot, for example I suggest to add realtime allerts when someone adds something to the cart, or if there is a returning visitor, etc... also I would improve the avatars maybe they can have a little flag with their country, or how much they have in the cart without opening the detail panel.
