We should've used this app earlier. Setting up channel for each sales channel is very helpful. This app has almost everything for the customer service. Their support is awesome too. I want to give them 10 stars, if it's possible. Thank you for saving our time.

What can I say except that if you are like me and are hoping to find the right app for your customer support experience to be top notch, this is the way to go! The folks from Re:Amaze are AMAZING to say the least. Support is like no other and the ease of use is beyond what I had imagined! For a small company like mine, that houses thousands of parts and needs to be on point with our customer base, this software is a no-brainer! Go for it! You will be extremely happy!
Took all emails out of my mail and into one place. It also combines with Facebook messenger. Now my team can deal with customer service as well which is great. I also use the FAQ add on. Still not sure I’ve worked out it’s full potential.

Probably the best CRM for Shopify. We like the user-based pricing model. We also like that it connects to our Socials.
I’ve been a Reamaze customer for just over two weeks now and I must say that it’s not at all what I was expecting. As a business grows, your requirements in your CRM will grow too. There are a TON of platforms to filter through and compare to the rest.
In our most recent search, Reamaze checked all of the right boxes and we gave it a shot. This is where our experience became vastly different from any previous softwares (we’ve used zendesk, live agent, front, and gorgias so far).
I’ve not yet experienced a brand who has been so agile with feedback that they implemented same day software changes for better functionality.
I’ve not yet experienced a brand who will involve you in development changes for a better experience.
To be honest, I’ve not even experienced a brand that said “that’s great feedback, let’s look into it”.
Reamaze has done all of the above and truly helped us provide an even better customer experience.
Oh, and they built a plan based on my needs that ultimately saved me a few hundred extra dollars per month.
