I switched over from Chatra and Tidio. I merged two of my companies with one user for only $40 a month! I completely customized the font and colors of both widgets and help centers (help sites). I absolutely love that I can send shopify products right from the chat. It's easy integration is super helpful!!

So an APP is as good as its features right? Well this one not only has great features but it also has a RESPONSIVE team that is eager to help. They welcome feedback and when it makes sense they work to deploy those features. For a company that needs a cost effective and feature rich integration to SHOPIFY this one def is one to look at! Enjoy!
We have been with re-amaze for around 3 weeks now, and I would say that their customer service is great! Every time I have a question or doubt they respond in a very kind and quick way.
Also, the way to set it up is very friendly and easy. There a lot of content and information to learn how to work with it.
Love using the App so far -- have received feedback from customers who really like the look and having our Customer Rep photos appearing at the top of the conversation. The support is really responsive and have addressed all of my questions/concerns.
The best part for us by far (which no other help desk was able to offer) was the ability to have 4 different Shopify stores support consolidated to one Reamaze account. All Facebook, Twitter, and Support messages for each 4 domains come into one place. It's awesome.
I love using the templates options to save some answers for commonly asked questions. It's a great tool to keep everything organized!
We have used other CS apps before and this one is by far the best. Also, support is super fast and always helpful. Highly recommend!
Reamaze has been a great fit for our store. We moved over from Freshdesk and did a lot of research on the competition. The built-in and completely integrated KB is a game-changer, it helps offer suggestions from your FAQ before you need to get a live person involved in support. Like any heavily integrated app you're bound to need some help & support along the way, and the Reamaze support (live chat with quick response times) has been incredible every step of the way. An easy 5 Stars for us!
Superb. Integrates chat and email in a single hub that can be used by multiple agents, avoiding the mayhem of trying to share multiple accounts to answer a customer question. Beautifully designed back end and exemplary technical support. Also has a great mobile app.
The absolute best support app BY FAR! I have used Gorgais, Intercom, ZenDesk, and MANY others... Nothing comes close to Reamaze. Not only is the product itself significantly better, but most importantly, the support is INCREDIBLE!!! By far the best support I have ever received from any piece of software in my 25+ year career! Use Reamaze, you will not regret it!!! It's not just better for the money -- it is just plain better!!! Gorgais and the rest do not come close.
Great tool. Integrates Whatsapp, Instagram DM and Comments, Facebook Messenger and Comment, and email. The shopify integration is extremely complete, looks like the best tool out there. My suggestions for development: 1) the chatbot only works for the integrated chat tool, so I had to create some clunky automations to mimic a chatbot for the channels (we don't use chat here, just mostly whatsapp and instagram); 2) the tool allows for merging conversations for a same person accross channels pretty easily but it's entirely manual and my sales people never did it; 3) number 2 is problematic because whatsapp numbers are odd (outbound messages need to have 13 digits, but inbound messages always come in 12 digits, which means if the client makes a purchase in the site and then sends a whatsapp message it's not going to be automatically recognized); and lastly 4) UX could be improved.
