BEST CHAT/SUPPORT DESK APP FOR SHOPIFY – We have used many chat apps over the years and since transitioning to Shopify we have been using Reamaze and could not be more satisfied. We have been using this app on as many as 20 stores since 2016. We stay because it does what we need it to do. It's easy and intuitive to navigate, And we haven't even used many of the features that it is capable of. Take it from a long time user. They provide great customer care for an app that we use for our customer care.
The multichannel experience that Reamaze gives is what we need, especially with the whatsapp number working with Twilio. I´m working on flows and automations to saves us even more time!
