This app has been an excellent tool for our small business to keep the constantly growing forms of communication organized, scheduled, and current! The ReAmaze support team is great to work with and easy to understand. Dakota had some great ideas of how we can best utilize what Reamaze has to offer and we could tell he understood our customer service goals. They are staying relevant with their AI tools to make our customers' experience smooth and frustration free. We've tried other CRM, but would recommend this App without doubt!

Reamaze is by far the best support system for customer service i have used. I love that i can connect to Office365 by smtp so all mail is verified without having to use my SPF records.
Very easy to use and Reamaze support team reply fast and most important they really know what they are doing.
If you need a system for customer service let you self be RE:Amazed. Its worth every dollar and then some. Happy days!
We use this app for multi-channel customer service. Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, etc.... The integration they have done with Amazon and Shopify is awesome. Makes it so easy to lookup your customer's order when the contact you. Also use their Chat and Faq. Make Customer Self Service much easier. Easy to add to any Shopify theme. Very reasonable pricing as well vs competition. We're big fans. A lot of other 3rd party apps that integrate with Gorgias, Freshdesk, etc... are now picking up Re:amaze.
Moved from Intercom. Reamaze is much easier and simpler to understand, but still with better features. The fact you can easily link two stores and see live view is great. Well done on a great app
Reamaze has been a game-changer for our small customer service team. We went from Zendesk to this, zendesk is good but was overly complicated and had an outdated UI when we left. Reamaze is simple, clean, easy to use, and still powerful. Live chat and FAQ knowledgebase is very handy and being able to quickly look at reporting metrics on how our agents are doing has helped us maintain an incredible customer service satisfaction rating. Our customers love it, they love us, and remaze has been critical in achieving that.
ReAmaze is absolutely the best option out there. I've used ZenDesk, Intercom, Olark, etc.
Nothing comes close to having all the helpdesk / ticket integrations and support as ReAmaze.
We currently have 8 staff handling 300-500 tickets a day including responding to every single facebook comment and message.
Do not look any further for Live Chat, Help Desk, Email Support, Social Support software. You've found the absolute best.
