We LOVE Re-Amaze! A lot of our customers use a combination of their Facebook credentials and email to communicate with us, which resulted in us flipping through multiple systems to figure who we were talking to and what their order history is. With ReAmaze everything happens in on clean easy to use interface. We also love that we can serve up our FAQ right in the chat window.
Reamaze just made my day. I had a suggestion of setting some advance controls in roles and permissions such as restricted access to customer data for specific role, so the customer tab could be hidden, they were quick to respond, also implement this within 2 hrs as they felt this will benefit all other users.
Now our customer data is hidden for a specific role within Reamaze support platform. Yay! Improved security and advance privacy controls. Thank you Reamaze. I would definitely recommend Reamaze.
Last but not the lease, I could say, if you are on Shopify and if you don't have Reamaze to support your customer, then you are missing the awesomeness Reamaze has to offer.

ReAmaze is absolutely the best option out there. I've used ZenDesk, Intercom, Olark, etc.
Nothing comes close to having all the helpdesk / ticket integrations and support as ReAmaze.
We currently have 8 staff handling 300-500 tickets a day including responding to every single facebook comment and message.
Do not look any further for Live Chat, Help Desk, Email Support, Social Support software. You've found the absolute best.
Great app for managing customer service! I really like that you can connect multiple email addresses and social email channels and see all the incoming messages in one place. The app has a very nice help center with searchable FAQ's that can be displayed on your website and in the chat. Chat is included also and comes right into the same Reamaze inbox. You can also set up different chat triggers to engage customers. You can have multiple users, assign messages to them, set reminders to follow up and add internal notes to messages. Another cool feature is that Reamaze syncs to your Shopify and pulls up an order information that is displayed on the side and you can even cancel or refund orders right from the app. There is so much you can do with this app and their support is very responsive and attentive to your needs. Plus my VA loves working in this app! Highly recommend Reamaze for customer support management!
Great way to manage customer relations and knowledge base services. Any problem I have ever had with configuration their customer support is always willing to help and are super fast in responding.
This app has been great for our team. All emails and customer communications pulled together into the one place. Also like their Article section... if the Reamaze guys are reading this, it would be good if internal articles could have comments :) We tried several app's and this is by far the best. Customer service from the Reamaze team has been AMAZING - thanks guys!
Took all emails out of my mail and into one place. It also combines with Facebook messenger. Now my team can deal with customer service as well which is great. I also use the FAQ add on. Still not sure I’ve worked out it’s full potential.
