Rebuy Personalization Engine

Adding ReBuy to our site is probably the best application we have every employed. We use MANY tools they have to offer and I still feel like there is so much more we have yet to use. Reza has been a massive help in guiding us to understand out analytics, leverage more tools on the site, and optimize the ones we currently use. Their support has also been top-notch when it has been needed. I highly recommend this application for your Shopify Store. Especially for Gift With Purchase solutions and Upsells.

Rebuy is tremendous. The Rebuy app drives significant, double-digit increases in AOV for our store. The Rebuy team is always responsive and available to help optimize and tweak things for our store at a moment's notice. I cannot speak highly of both the app and the team. John and his team of dev's are top notch. If you're not using Rebuy, you are leaving money on the table!

We've been using Rebuy for a few years now and it's truly an awesome upsell app for our business - I don't write reviews often but I've seen consistent results for a long enough time (both in performance and in their support) that it's worth sharing my experience. The most obvious widgets where impact/results are most black & white is with the checkout upsells (if you're on Plus) and the post purchase offers. We use the other widgets too but it's hard to know what the customer would have bought without the upsells unless you can run a true a/b test. That said, we know with certainty that Rebuy is helping us improve AOV and generate extra profit over and above their cost - which is the whole point! Over the years, the team has always been very helpful (impressively so compared to many other apps on Shopify) and our Success Manager, Max, in particular has been very helpful and great to work with. Don't sleep on this app, especially if you have skus that pair well together.

I absolutely love REBUY! It has helped me increase revenue so fast. Max Trummer has been great to work with. He personally reached out to me and asked me to schedule a call with him because there were a few things he thought we could do better, and I appreciated his insight and help so much. Big fan of ReBuy!!!

By far the best upsell/cross-sell app that we've used! Our AOV has been through the roof since we started using Rebuy and has become a huge percentage of our store revenue. All I can say is WOW!!! I've been growing our E-Commerce for a few years now so I've worked with a ton of apps, dev teams, account managers, etc and Rebuy has absolutely blown me away with their knowledge, support, creative and dev work. This app, and more importantly this team, will save me thousands that I would have had to pay to a dev team all while Rebuy increases revenue and the customer experience . Rich is the best account manager I've ever had across ANY app and Emelia is the best dev lead I've ever worked with. Rebuy is a home run for sure!
