This app is a game-changer. I recommend for any Shopify store with multiple skus and where AOV is a KPI.

Great app and great support to set up recommendations throughout the site. We have them on home, product and checkout pages.
We launched ReBuy just before the BFCM week as we constantly wanted to add more personalization and campaigns to increase our AOV. What happened after the launch was just awesome; we are seeing increased AOV and their SmartCart is a game changer. If you use Shopify, then adding Rebuy is a must. You don't just increase the revenue but also save a lot of dev time. Further, want to give a big shoutout to Janet & the entire team for always being helpful.

Rebuy is an awesome app for a Shopify store. Seamless integrations, great functionality. The tools are effective at increasing cart size, AOV, and CVR. Don't for get the cross-sell and upsell. Rebuy is good for business. Dante is such a great partner. He is an extension of our team.

The Rebuy team has been fantastic in supporting our migration and beyond. Wow this team is talented. Had a bit of trouble getting some features to work and their chat support took care of every request and even helped integrate an unsupported Subscription platform! Honestly, couldn't give this app a higher recommendation. Still waiting to measure lift from the utility, but so far its improved the customer journey on our store.

We signed a launch contract on 15th September and expected to go live with a solution 2 weeks later. It's now 60 days later and our job is moving at a glacial pace. Communication is poor with our launch manager and is made worse by the time difference with the EU. Update 17th Nov 2022 - The ReBuy team worked though our issues and helped get us live today. Based on today's help and quick response to my negative review I'm happy to update my feedback from 1/5 stars to 5/5 stars.
