I installed this app hoping it would improve my store, but it turned out to be a costly mistake. The setup is unnecessarily complicated and requires constant technical adjustments just to achieve basic functionality.

After spending hours customizing it with CSS, I ran into multiple bugs that caused my cart not to display correctly. The result: direct loss of conversions and sales. It’s unacceptable for a revenue-focused app to negatively impact revenue.

Support did respond, but none of their suggested “solutions” actually fixed the issue. I even switched themes to rule out compatibility problems, and the issue still persisted. The cart would work intermittently — completely unstable and unreliable.

For the price, the quality is extremely disappointing. The interface feels outdated, unintuitive, and far from professional. It does not meet the standards of a serious ecommerce business.

In short: this app cost me time, money, and lost sales opportunities. I absolutely do not recommend it. There are far better and more stable alternatives available.

This is not the experience we want you to have, and I am sorry the setup and ongoing issues caused so much frustration. We’ve been using Rebuy for a while now, and frankly, the value just isn’t there anymore. For the price we’re paying, we expect a high level of responsiveness and technical assistance, but the customer support has been consistently unhelpful and slow to resolve issues.

In today’s market, there are too many modern, high-performing alternatives that offer similar (or better) features for a much more reasonable price point. We’ve reached the point where we can no longer justify the cost for a platform that doesn’t back its product with decent service. We’ll be migrating our store to a different solution shortly.

Rebuy has been an amazing service for our brand. The updated features in the smart cart are awesome, and has really boosted our bottom line. The CSM and overall support we have is second to none. Responsiveness and attention to detail is a very important asset and Rebuy executes both very well.

Fantastic! We increased sales using multiple functions of this app! They have great customer support and to be honest, the AI Agent is actually really good to help customize some of the functions! The team is always happy to jump on a call too! Last thing: the price is very affordable, especially for smaller business looking to test or try it for a while! It adds a lot of value for our brand!

I've been using Rebuy for at least a year now, and I can't say enough about it. It has definitely made a difference for my bottom line, and their activation team and tech team have been incredibly helpful with everytime I want to run a promo or install a new widget. Highly highly recommend!

Dan was our support person. We were cutting over to a new website and needed extra hand holding to make sure our shopping cart was properly working with one of our other subscription apps. This is a seriously comprehensive product with exceptional support! There's a lot to it and for a while I felt a little overwhelmed. But we'd implemented a very basic setup (when I say "we", they did most of it for me - I got on an activation call, had no idea what I was doing, so they set up a cart to get us started). That alone gave us a return of 3x the cost and I didn't really do anything!

Recently I decided to look at what else it could do - there's a LOT! Realised we didn't need to be also paying for a bundling app, so got rid of that to save some money and move it to Rebuy, and watched one of their Office Hours videos for inspiration. It's so helpful to see them show you what's working on other websites and I could instantly see where we could improve.

Got to work on it, got stuck... it was the weekend. Contacted them, got a reply on the Sunday! Set up a call the next day and Joseph fixed what I'd got wrong, made sure it worked properly with my custom theme, answered my questions really clearly, showed me some other stuff and completely helped jump-start our progress!

Even with a very basic setup, Rebuy has proven that it delivers more than it costs. With what I've just learned from Joshua, it has the potential to do way more. The app is worth every penny. The support is gold dust!

Fantastic app and this is really the full stack. Worked with Aiman, Zach, and Max. Incredible team, combined with a very powerful software. I chose to get the widgets and bundle builder built out by rebuy with Aiman and team. They delivered, on time and on budget. Lots of assistance for other customizations, and the widgets work like a dream. Was very stressed over this previously, but now it's a huge weight off and has transformed our customers' buying experience. Appreciate the great work.

Very expensive, doesn’t work properly, isn’t being improved, and doesn’t use all Shopify API endpoints needed to work correctly. Overall, it’s a useless app.

The best apps for upsells and personalization. Love how it works and all the features available. Moreover, support team is amazing, especially Bradley who always helps us to solve any complex problems we have. Please, reward him for it, he truly deserves it as he helped us so many times already.
