The Rebuy team has been fantastic in supporting our migration and beyond. Reza and Aiman were quick to respond and help us out with making modifications in the Smart Cart and getting our initial widgets up and running! It's a really useful and intuitive tool that fuels not just our cart but so many upsell and cross-sell features on our store.

Rebuy's Smart Cart has been a major revenue-driver for our new website. The simple to use design tools and widget additions make it easy to add cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Max T has been a great support in getting Rebuy up and running, and in providing further strategies for growth!

Excellent functionality, relatively easy to configure (some dev work may be required) and top notch support. Reza our Enterprise Merchant Success Manager and Jeff, their engineer, have been proactive on helping us achieve results and ultimately increase our revenue. Highly recommend.

Rebuy has been such a helpful app for our company in regards to growing sales and we love all of the features it offers. Keaton Ross has also been very helpful and informative for our team on understanding and learning how to use the different widgets to benefit our e-commerce site!

I'd like to share my fantastic experience with the REBUY app and Rich M. Working with Rich and his team has been an absolute delight. What truly impressed me was their remarkable efficiency – they swiftly set up everything well before our major sale.

Moreover, they displayed their commitment when a code issue arose. Within an astonishingly short span of 20 minutes, they had it fixed to guarantee our customers received the desired promotions seamlessly.

Platform in it's core product is really good, the ability to add products at the cart helps drive revenue and increase AOV. Some of the other features are pretty buggy though and haven't work particularly well for us so far, but the support I have received from our account manager Monica has always been extremely attentive and fast to look at the issues.

Rebuy has been great for us, showing a solid return in just weeks. Implemented it mostly on our own but they offer great customer support, which makes it vastly easier. Rebuy consistently proves to be a huge revenue driver for us. Our CSM Monica has gone above and beyond in supporting our BFCM promotions. I can't credit her enough. I would recommend this app to any store looking for better product recommendations and upsell opportunities.
