The app speaks for itself, world-class, but what really makes the difference is the CS. They are unbelievable. Quick response, they know their stuff and they are very willing to go in and make changes to your code to get the outcome desired. As someone who isn't a developer, it is invaluable. They have fixed and improved so many parts of our widgets fr me.

Really helps with upsells and smart cart functionality as we don't have shopify plus yet. Also great customer support - e.g. Max Trummer from support jumped in to support our launch optimisation last minute and stayed with us until we were happy everything was set up properly. thank you!

We have been with Rebuy for 7 months now. Beware of the following: 1) They will promise you a dedicate customer success manager whom is supposed to be proactive in offering strategy, data review etc- none of this will happen unless you continually beg for it. 2) They will charge you for recurring subscription revenue although when asked during onboarding, we were told that we would only be charged for the initial order. 3) REVIEW your monthly Shopify monthly bills from Rebuy very careful! They had overcharged us several thousand dollars and had we not checked, we would have never known.

We use a few different platforms and plug-ins and Rebuy by far makes us the most revenue. We've enjoyed being able to test different features and widgets and really make the most we can out of it. Our Merchant Success Manager, Reza Zohouri, is so helpful and very communicative. We highly recommend Reza as your go-to person.

I love working with Suki! She's been great at helping me get started with setting up the app, answering my questions and making sure the delivery was executed on time. She was great at explaining what was my next steps, what the integration could do and what were my best options.

I had a terrible experience with Rebuy. The app is constantly buggy, and even the simplest features fail to work correctly. What should have been easy to set up required extensive troubleshooting, which shouldn't have been necessary for such basic functionality. To make matters worse, no clear time frame was given to fix any of the issues, leaving me in the dark and stuck with a broken app.
The worst part of the experience was dealing with Dan from support. He was unprofessional, didn’t seem to understand our needs, and failed to provide any helpful solutions. I repeatedly asked for assistance from another support staff who might actually care or understand the urgency, but I was stuck with Dan. His lack of communication and inability to fix even the simplest problems was infuriating.
For an app that charges premium rates, this level of service and functionality is unacceptable. Avoid Rebuy if you value reliability and professional support.
