Thus far this app has done well for us without really any stressful work involved. Have tried all the others out there and this is the easiest so far (and rewarding). Ian is our rep that helped onboard when we signed up for the first platform, also helped do more work and teaching when we signed up for the shopify plus platform as well. He did an awesome job to say the least. I do wish so options were easier to edit sizes of (like the upsale product images bigger vs the words) on the page, but that is just because I'm petty about the website looking the best ha. Very glad we are using this app now and look forward to seeing what Rebuy does this holiday season on the website!

Great app and great service from Dante. We have been able to drive higher AOV from using Rebuy. Serive is also great.

This app has a lot of features and serves a lot of functions, I used it specifically for completing looks on our product page and recommending other products for our customer to shop. It's a great app to have!

Our support has been top notch! Our Merchant Success Manager Janet lives up to her title. She's responsive, available and always willing to jump on a call to walk us through any questions we may have. Highly recommended.

1800ceiling loves Rebuy. The entire support staff was great, especially Reza Zohouri who was very patient, caring, and knowledgeable. Reza understood my needs and adjusted the app and widgets to suit my business. We will most definitely recommend Rebuy to others.

Great app! Increased our AOV and conversion rates. Their customer support Max Trummer is amazing, helping us to get everything set up and maximize the value we are getting from it. It’s silly not to have rebuy on your store.

I am OBSESSED with Rebuy! They offer so many features in one place that you would typically require multiple apps for. Rebuy has done an incredible job at consistently increasing our AOV. This is especially thanks to our amazing rep Janet Gomez! She is incredibly knowledgable within the beauty and cpg space. She has made the best recommendations and is such a joy to work with.

It's a great app and customer support is very helpful. There is a big learning curve though, but if you put in the time to learn, it all makes sense and there is a ton of customization.
