The flyout cart has been a game-changer for us—especially with GWPs—and the platform as a whole has added a lot of value to our site. While the technology is about as cutting edge as you can get for a Shopify-based website, it can sometimes feel complex and overwhelming to navigate. That’s why having an incredible Merchant Success Manager has been absolutely critical to our success. Thankfully, we’ve been partnered with Lihuen since day one, and she’s genuinely the best MSM I’ve worked with in my career. The app is really user-friendly, easy-to-use and allows you a lot of possibilities in terms of upselling and cross-selling. The A/B testing feature helps continuously improving the performances of your widgets. Almost everything is customizable to correspond to your brand identity. The team constantly develops a lot of new interesting features and the customer support is amazing. Big thanks to Lihuen Zlatohlavek, our merchant success manager, who is always available to help and gives extremely valuable insights.

This app caused many glitches with the shopping cart. I had other discount apps that would not work with it. Make sure you check with your other apps to see if they are compatible to work with this.
