Love everything about this app - it has heaps of features to adopt, is super easy to use, and has increased our AOV substantially. We've been working with Max for some time now and he's been so helpful and responsive with our more technical requests and implementations. Suki and Emelia have also taken good care of us during a Rebrand in which all of our widgets and Smart Cart needed redesigning, and their patience hasn't gone unnoticed - thanks so much team!

Not only has this app been amazing for my brand and our multiple stores but the support team is next level. I had a number of goals and optimizations (different for each store) and the Rebuy team helped me configure the apps and taught me how to do it (with video tutorials specific to my store fronts) so I could continue to optimize my stores myself. This app came recommended to me from a friend and I couldn't recommend it more! I just wish we started using it sooner. The setup process was quick and easy and we saw results immediately!

Rebuy is an easy solution to enhance your customer's check-out experience. We moved our store from a standard check-out to a drawer cart check-out with upsells at check-out. While it has yet to be seen how well these upgrades will improve our Average Order Value or Conversions, what has been most impressive is Rebuy's customer service and support. Unlike many other apps that I have used across many devices (Android Apps, Shopify Apps, etc.) that have a decent app but poor support (what do you do when you need help), Rebuy provides timely and consistent support that goes above and beyond what I was expecting.

Just for that, I would 100% recommend giving Rebuy a try to see if it will work for your store/company, because they will do what they can to make sure you succeed.

I’ve been using Rebuy for my Shopify store, and I encountered a couple of significant issues that have affected my store's performance.

Initially, the post-purchase flow wasn’t working as expected due to an unsupported endpoint in the data source. Despite following the help articles and guidance from Rebuy’s support (Nam), the issue persisted longer than it should have. This feature is critical for my business, and the delayed resolution impacted the customer experience on my site.

More recently, after enabling Rebuy’s smart search feature, I encountered glitches that severely affected the store’s search functionality. I sent a video demonstrating the issue, but so far, support has only referred me to help documentation, rather than addressing the issue directly. This is frustrating as it occurred immediately after installing Rebuy, and I expected a more hands-on approach to resolving such critical functionality problems.

Great solution and team - highly recommend. I've been working with Rebuy for almost a year now and will continue to do so happily for years to come if they keep doing what they're doing. Our Success Manager, Max, has truly added value to the business.

We've seen a stronger return each quarter and a lot of new features that actually work. The app is well integrated in our store and and apps. I'm looking forward to more customizations with our Tapcart mobile apps.

If you're already making money this will definitely make you more.

Unbelievable customer service! I was trying to fix something in my smart cart and didn't know how, so I left a question in the chat. Not only did they get back to me right away, they went in and made all of the necessary changes for me so I didn't have to do a thing. Love them. Love the features they offer. Very impressed!

Rebuy customer service is second to none, and although the functionality is great, the support is my favorite thing about the Rebuy team. Our Senior Success Manager Max Trummer is a great example of this, and actually a big reason why we have started using Rebuy in our store. Knowing that questions and issues will be resolved quickly adds a level of professionalism that is very rare in app customer support these days, so big ups to Max and the whole Rebuy team.
